After much appreciation and love from fans for portrayal of Karan in Mahabharat, Aham Sharma is definitely on a high these days.
When asked how life has changed for him post the Star Plus’ magnum opus show, the good looking actor avers, “An actor’s true recognition is when he is appreciated for his work, and this is what I am experiencing these days. It is very encouraging to get accepted as a good actor. The love that I have received from the audience is the biggest honour I could have asked.”
Aham, much like his on screen avatar, keeps low profile in real life also. “That is how I am. I believe my work should speak for me. I am someone who would come to the fore only when there would be something concrete to talk. As for my fans I interact with them on social networking sites and am quite active there. This is the normal me, there is no hidden story behind this (smiles),” answers Aham.
Talking about the bonding with the Mahabharat team the actor shares, “It was fun time and I really made some good friends. We actually felt like we were in a college campus with so many young people around in a fun environment.”
So when can we see him back on screen: “I am being approached for projects but I am yet to choose from the shows that are coming my way. I am actually not in a hurry and am waiting for something that is interesting and will excite me as a performer.”
All the best…Aham!
